Goals

Originally, my goals were very vague. I wanted to be at a weight considered healthy for my height, and wanted to pursue a healthier lifestyle to eliminate health concerns as I grow older. Unfortunately, as my weight loss progressed, my perspective grew and I realized my old ideas of healthy do not match my new ones.

As of now I’m playing things by ear. As of now, though, my goals are less “meet arbitrary number” and more of “get fit, lean, and muscular.” I don’t think I’ll ever just wake up one day and say, “Welp, guys, I hit this number, so I’m done!”. It’s a lifestyle change and one I intend to follow for the rest of my life. I want to constantly improve myself and be happier, which is a journey and not a destination.
