My bench press went up too! 75. Granted, it’s not as high as it was before my break, but my upper body strength is way slower in coming back. When I first started lifting again a month and a half ago, I could literally only bench the bar. Here’s for pressing maybe 90 in another month! The reason for success? Eating. A lot.
